He was born in 1979 in Uşak.
In 1997, he graduated from Uşak Banaz Health Vocational High School as a Health Officer (T.S.T.). In 2003, he graduated from Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Turhal Health Services Vocational School Hospital Management and Organisation Department, in 2007 from Anadolu University Faculty of Business Administration Department of Business Administration, in 2013 he completed his master's degree at Turkish Aeronautical Association University Institute of Social Sciences Department of Business Administration, and in 2018 he graduated from Atatürk University Department of Health Management.
In 2002, he started his professional life in Tokat Turhal 5th Central Health Centre and worked in Denizli between 2003-2008, in Mersin Provincial Health Directorate between 2008-2012, and in İzmir Public Health Directorate between 2012-2016. Between 22.02.2016 -29.09.2017, he worked as the Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager of Izmir Public Health Directorate, and between 21.12.2017-14.11.2019, he worked as a Financial Expert in the Support Services Department of Izmir Provincial Health Directorate.
Since 15.11.2019, he worked in Bornova District Health Directorate and finally, he was appointed as Administrative and Financial Affairs Manager on 20.07.2020.
He is married and has 2 children.
